This fizzy number is a balanced taste of tangy, sweet, and bubbly. Made with hydrating sparkling water and Jackson-Triggs PS Light Pinot Grigio 8% alcohol wine, it’s a lighter way to enjoy cocktail hour.

- 1 cup Jackson-Triggs PS Light Pinot Grigio
- 3 tsp simple syrup
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Juice of one lemon
- Sparkling water
- Rosemary sprig (optional)
- Ice
Directions
- Add ice, 1 cup of white wine, simple syrup, ginger, and fresh lemon to a glass.
- Stir gently then top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig and enjoy!
