Growers Hot Toddy
This apple cider version features Growers Century Dry Cider, a premium heritage cider that’s crisp, uniquely dry, and authentically slow-fermented. With the classic ingredients of lemon, whisky, and honey, it becomes a combination of tart, zingy, and subtly sweet. Yum!
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- ½ cup Growers Century Dry Cider
- 2 oz Canadian whisky or bourdon
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring the cider, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon stick to a boil over medium-low heat.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 -7 minutes.
- Pour into a glass, stir in whisky or bourbon, and enjoy!
