Icewine Hot Chocolate
Whether you're enjoying a fireside moment après tobogganing or hosting a movie night with friends, enjoy this elevated take on a traditional favourite, featuring iconic and award-winning Inniskillin Icewine.
Ingredients
- 2 cups 35% cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, halved and seeded
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Inniskillin Vidal Icewine or Cabernet Franc Icewine
Directions
- Heat cream, milk, sugar, scraped vanilla seeds and vanilla pod over medium-low heat until simmering.
- Add chocolate and whisk until completely melted.
- Pour in Icewine. Enjoy!
