Pronounced "cal-ee-mo-cho," it’s a simple and accessible wine cocktail that has roots in 1920s Spain. This two-ingredient recipe mixes one part red wine with one part cola – plus a squeeze of lemon to keep things fresh!
Ingredients
- 1 part red wine
- 1 part cola
- Lemon wedge
- Cocktail cherry (optional)
Directions
- Fill a highball glass half way with ice and pour in red wine.
- Top with an equal amount of cola.
- Garnish with lemon and cocktail cherry if using, stir, then enjoy!
