Pink Poodle 75
Simply sweet with a touch of zest and a whole lot of bubbles! We’ve given this French 75 a Canadian twist by substituting the Champagne with sparkling rosé. The result is a fun and flirty cocktail with a slight pink hue.

- 3 oz of Pink Poodle Sparkling Rosé
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Lemon twist to garnish
Directions
- Add ice, gin (or vodka), lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake until chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain mixture into a flute glass, then top with Pink Poodle Sparkling Rosé.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
